1. Returns

3. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the error was clearly on our part, such as having shipped an incorrect product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the specific case where the mistake was ours.

4. Exchanges

If the product was sent incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange process.
